It was manufactured by Rudolph & co, Textile-Gummiwaren Fabrik (Saxonia) who was assigned the code cee. There is also the marking Rate 19 which is a reference to a production or batch instalment number.

The cape is a standard type and was manufactured in January 1942 by a company assigned the code g j p.
